Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the purchase details

Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or returned beyond 7 days will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a confirmation will be sent to you. If approved, your refund will be processed in cash at the time of return or via a scheduled arrangement depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Only Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases are eligible for refunds
  • Refunds are issued in cash only

Non-Returnable Items

Certain personal-use items or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
