1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message. Please ensure that all contact and delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Payment Method
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
3. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer in remote areas.
4. Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or returned after 7 days are not eligible.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cash after a returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund will be arranged in person or via a scheduled meet-up, depending on location.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, the order is considered confirmed and will be delivered as scheduled.
7. Product Availability
All products listed are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability may result in delays or return of the product.
